i am a priest in the temple of the forest;
i go there now, seeking refuge from a busy world.
the path soon fades away to soft grass and golden needles.
the pines are a living, breathing sanctuary, awaiting me.
i have reached the inner sanctum.
here, great pillars reach far into the sky,
opening a portal between heaven and earth.

What a truly beautiful temple you have there. I could happily spend some time communing with the sky there, I think.

These old pines are like gentile giants, the sentinels of the forest. Thanks, Bridgette!
