O eloquent Calliope,
Muse of epic poetry,
You whispered words
While Homer wrote
The Iliad and Odyssey;
Yes, you’ve inspired
Both fool and sage
From every land
And every age–
And now I’m asking
For your help
To put the pen
Upon the page.

Don’t think you need “help to put pen upon the page.” You, sir, are a sage. Happy wandering today!
