I love old barns, and this one may be the granddaddy of them all. I found it in the Northwestern corner of Minnesota, just a few miles from the Canadian border.
…and there it was,
this grand ol’ barn,
reminding me
of that ol’ yarn
about ol’ noah
and his ark–
is this the place
he chose to park?

Looks kinda spooky! Loved the poem.

That’s a fine old building, Michael. A lot of character.

Yea, like a lot of old things. It looks like it even has a little shack on top!

Bet that barn could tell some tall tales! Its face looks like it’s surprised to see you. I’d love to be a bird, sitting on your shoulder, as you roam around! Happy day!

Thank you, Lane! I don’t drive (in an attempt to simplify my life) so I can’t always get to the good places for photography. On the other hand, the woods are right out my door, so I’m good.
