A profound and thought provoking poem that raises many questions. Like it or not, leaders are the faces of the powerful supported by all those who do or don’t act their beliefs. No leader leads without support whether in a democracy or not. The answer is spiritual, not political or economic or even religious though these can be part of the problem and solution to true democracies. That’s my penny’s worth of opinion.
Yeah, I’ve been thinking about that too. Now we know.
