Great photo! Smart poet! The early mornings are such a wonderful, quiet time of day. I catch up on my sleep later my napping. I was amazed years ago to learn that many creative people take naps but I don’t know if they were or are ‘early risers’. I like that name. Kinda mystical too. Your photo has that mystical, magical, serene quality of atmosphere. Love it!

Thank you, Shelley! I delivered papers before school as a boy, and I’ve been an ‘early riser’ ever since. The name is kinda like ‘holy roller’

Ahh. Motivation for many to ‘rise and shine’ for that job. I wonder if kids still deliver any newspapers now. Yes, like ‘holy roller’. I never understood what that phrase means and how it started. I’ve even pictured a person rolling down a hill like a snowball with their hands clenched in prayer. lol.

Funny! So true for me, in fact there are times when you might be on dinner! The heat has me up earlier these days but in winter it’s sleep until afternoon time. You forgot the fact that us San Fernando valley girls don’t really have scenic views! 😂🤣

I used to live in North Hollywood back in the smoggy days, with even less of a view. But it’s not too long of a drive from there to some very scenic places! Thanks, Janet! Keep rocking the valley!
